Joe, my massage therapist, spent time listening to my issues and then addressed them. He explained what he was going to do to alleviate my pain before he started. Joe was professional and knowledgeable. After the massage was over, he showed me several stretches to do at home. These stretches have proved to be very helpful. I am definitely going to request Joe for my next massage appointment.
