The staff was very welcoming. My massage therapist was very knowledgeable and helpful. She asked questions before we got started to ensure that she was providing the best service possible for me!

The comfort alone of having cryoslim done at a location where I often go for facials and massages is great. I know the staff and trust them. They are highly knowledgeable with the new service provided and work to ensure I get the results I am looking to achieve.

I hope to become a member soon.

I was given multiple gift cards for Christmas and was very excited to book an appointment. My appointment was with Sung and he did a fantastic job. I felt so relaxed, he used great pressure and he was nice and respectful anytime I did ask a question. He always double checked to make sure I was comfortable and getting the best service. I would recommend him to others and go back to him. Being my first massage in almost two years, I was a little stiff in a problem area I have that has had herniated disc and other issues. He gave advice after to help me feel good after my massage to make sure I took care of myself after my massage. I will be back even after I use all of my gift cards.

Olga is always a pleasure. I guess that's why it's hard to get appointments.

I very much enjoy my membership at Hand and Stone. I have been happy with all of my massages therapists, but Olga is by far the BEST! She's amazing and is very good at reading my stress level and knowing what pressure she needs to apply. She's an excellent massage therapist. The only negative thing is that apparently the word is spreading, and it's kinda hard to get an appointment with her now! I have to make sure I have my appointments booked a couple of months in advance. I guess that's a small price to pay for a great massage!
