It's such an easy process to book and get a massage. I'm training for a half marathon and the massage support really helps my recovery. My massage therapist listens and focuses on what I need with the right pressure for me.

I was booked for an Hour massage. My massage lady came in 10 mins late and the entire massage started 10-15 mins late. Although it was a full body massage - I didn’t get a feet massage while my mum ( also booked the same massage same time) got a full 1 hour with the feet massage

Convenient Location and good massage therapists.

I have had two different massage therapist since attending Hand and Stone over the last five years. Allen and Sonia have both been vigilant and attentive to my leg swelling condition. They were both friendly and interested in me as a person. Sonia is my present therapist she does a great job and answers any questions I have about my current treatment. The company hires knowledgeable therapist for their customers. The monthly plan works well for me, I come in every three weeks and wish I could afford more.

Location is easy to get to and is always clean and welcoming. Stephen is the best therapist I have seen for any massage which is why I continue to schedule with him and keep my membership. He truly addresses the needs of my body and doesn't just give me the same massage every time.

I love Hand and Stone overall. I booked a prenatal massage and it was okay, but overall disappointing. The therapist did not ask about my problem areas, spent most of the time on my shoulders (which I did not ask for), only did the right side of my back and right leg, and did not relieve the significant pain and discomfort I've had in my back due to pregnancy.

I found a gift card and called to see if it was still good and it was. I was able to book a massage same day! And my massage therapist was terrific! Best massage ever! I will be back to this specific location, it was a great experience.

Olga always asks how I would like my massage. I always leave fully relaxed. Well worth the price....

I had a great experience starting from talking to the receptionist to getting the actual massage. The staff was friendly at check in and the massage therapist did a fantastic job during the massage. I really enjoy coming to this location, I look forward to coming back!
