The front staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. It always smells nice and appears clean and orderly. My massage therapist, Lisa is fantastic and I continue to go back to her because she gets the knots out of my back with excellent pressure but without hurting me.

I am never told about any reward points the price went up I was not advised and I asked if family plan discount if I get my sisters to join I still have no answer
