My aesthetician Heather is amazing and has helped me improve my skin since day one. She is the one and only reason I decided to join the membership program. However, I’ve always had poor experiences with reception staff. On the first day, the receptionist was explaining the membership program to me, while another gentleman was standing behind her, rudely talking over her at me at the same exact time. I was not even sure what his role was or why he didn’t think the receptionist could explain the program on her own. I feel like every time I come in, the reception staff just rubs me the wrong way. Again, if it wasn’t for Heather I would not have joined the membership program. She is amazing, attentive to all my needs, and answers all my questions in detail. I could not ask for a better aesthetician.

I enjoy my facials with Amy so much, its like a mini vacation without leaving home. She is a professional who really know her craft.

My massage therapist really focused on personalizing my massage according to my needs. He was highly knowledgeable and provided a great, relaxing experience. This was one of the best massages I have received with Hand and Stone.

In general I receive a bi-weekly deep tissue massage using the same Therapist. Initially it was to help with my marathon training, but since knee replacement surgery she has helped rehabbing both knees. She is extremely knowledgeable and has help ease the pain in both knees Reception staff is very friendly and makes me feel welcome every time I enter the store.
