My facial was relaxing, enjoyable, and my skin looked great afterward. The technician seemed very capable and knowledgeable. Overall a very good experience.

I didn’t care for the music playing. Sounded like church music.

The receptionist was friendly and knowledgeable. My massage therapist was very accommodating and did a very good job. I was able to book a convenient appointment with short notice.

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience. The minute I arrived the staff was welcoming and answered all my questions. I have been a member for years and went the Pompton Lakes facility. I have recently moved and wanted to make Allendale my new location for most of my visits. They were able to change my information in the system and took my credit card information for faster service. The facility was very clean, inviting and extremely cozy. My therapist was attentive to my needs and asked me many times if the pressure was to my liking. I would recommend this Hand and Stone to my family and friends. In fact, I already did.
