Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. My therapist Emma is very professional and is able to address any problem areas I may have on any given week. I am feeling much better.

I was highly satisfied with my Hand and Stone experience. The minute I arrived the staff was welcoming and answered all my questions. I have been a member for years and went the Pompton Lakes facility. I have recently moved and wanted to make Allendale my new location for most of my visits. They were able to change my information in the system and took my credit card information for faster service. The facility was very clean, inviting and extremely cozy. My therapist was attentive to my needs and asked me many times if the pressure was to my liking. I would recommend this Hand and Stone to my family and friends. In fact, I already did. Thank you for providing me with a wonderful and relaxing experience.

Receptionists are always friendly and welcoming. Massage with Josh is the best. A great relaxing experience.

the first time I had Alba for a massage and really impressed and happy with her services . She asked about any specific areas needed extra attention, and pressured liked. Did great job and was able to relieve the knot in my neck. Would definitely recommend H&S and Alba.
