the first time I had Alba for a massage and really impressed and happy with her services . She asked about any specific areas needed extra attention, and pressured liked. Did great job and was able to relieve the knot in my neck. Would definitely recommend H&S and Alba.

The massage therapist was friendly. She also seemed very knowledgeable about how to relieve tensions and pain. She knew what muscles were creating the pain and worked to relieve that pain.
