Emma is an attentive listener when you share areas of aches and pains. She makes a concerted effort to address those areas and bring relief.

The staff were warm and friendly, and we were all happy that things are beginning to return. The massage was thorough and relaxing.

Overall it was great experience. There could have been a question on room temperature or bed aspects. Example, the room was a bit warm and the face cradle cover we was very scratchy (consider a sheet covering instead)

I did do a review. It was particularly relaxing after the stressful situation all of us have been experiencing recently. Thank you!

The staff and therapists are always pros and on point.

Sherry is always knowledgeable and helps focus on certain areas and lets me know exercises to do. She is very thoughtful.

Danielle is a wonderful esthetician- she explained every step in good details and answered any questions I had really well! I am definitely going to book my next facial with her!

From scheduling my appointment with Nancy to receiving my facial with Cenia, I was extremely satisfied. I went to a Hand and Stone before and my experience was not the best. I reconsidered and came to the Allendale location. What a difference in service. I will recommend this location to anyone!
