I have almost always been satisfied with my visits. My regular esthetician Cenia is absolutely amazing and deserves all the raises. I've had a few massage therapists. All are decent. The front desk staff are nice. The manager however is a nightmare.

I’ve been in a lot of pain and called to desperately find some comfort. The reception staff was very empathetic and I was able to get an appointment after work with their therapist who deals with pain. He was very knowledgeable and encouraging.

Eventhough my appt. had to be rescheduled by Hand & Stone, I was very happy wth the end results of my appt. date and time as well as the facial I received.

I love the massage therapist, Lisa. She is wonderful. I am totally relaxed and feel so much better after my session. Definitely worth the membership.

It is relaxing. I feel less stressed when I leave. My skin feels good after a facial and my muscles are less tight after a massage.

I really enjoy being a member of Hand and Stone. I see Josh at every visit and he knows where my trouble spots are and relieves pain and tension. Highly recommend him to others.

Lisa does an incredible massage. My back was killing me before the massage. I left feeling great and even better the next day.

I have had a few facials in this facility. I found the aestheticians knowledgeable and very comforting. I actually fell asleep while I was getting my massage this time. It was very relaxing.
