Frankie Spring Lake facials are wonderful. Julia in Allendale very experienced in the body movement, muscle, joint issues and so patient. I Cannot access my account online and this is a BIG PROBLEM. Website is challenged and difficult to use.

My massage therapist, period. I bypass my local Hand and Stone office for this therapist and I am wiling to do the drive because he is excellent. He is extremely professional and listen to my requests. Technique is excellent. This is not my first experience with a massage center or a therapist. I always request deep tissue and its difficult to find a therapist who can actually perform one. Many try, few can do. This man deserves a pay rise and a bonus. If he leaves, I will follow him to the next facility where he works. He is that good. Next most important fact is cleanness of the facility. I am a nurse who checks the bathroom first. If its clean, I stay.
