The esthetician was professional, caring and knowledgeable about my skin care issues. The environment was relaxing and the staff was well organized.

Emma demonstrates genuine concern for the overall well being of her clients. She is an active listener and addresses the concerns expressed at the time of the visit. The pressure, strokes and techniques she uses demonstrate she Is an experienced masseuse

This is the fifth massage I've had at Hand & Stone in Allendale with four different massage therapists. I would recommend all of them. I had a significant muscle ache yesterday and Julia worked on it until it was gone. She was terrific! She also recommended postures I can do at home to help me in the future. I'm so glad I have a membership there - the massages make me feel like a different person.

I felt like the intensity of the massage was good for the condition my body was in, being that it needed some knots worked out. The facial was very relaxing and I didn't as though it was being rushed which made me feel like the esthetician took the time to care for face and pores. Overall I was very satisfied.

I have been receiving massages at Hand & Stone on a bi-weekly basis for over two years as part of my training regiment. I have found them to been helpful in maintaining by body for running and when I had a specific area that needed work, very helpful. I am extremely happy with Abigail, my therapist.

I consistently love coming here. All of the services are always fantastic. Amy the aesthetician has changed my skin so much for the better! Nancy the Manager is always so incredibly helpful whatever my questions. This is my only place for fine facials and massages!

The front desk staff are pleasant and knowledgeable. Nice waiting area. Emma my massage specialist is the BEST!

I was happy with my massage experience because Emma is an incredible masseuse! I always walk away feeling extremely relaxed and my problem areas feel significantly better! She is the reason why I continue my massage membership.

Josh was great. I had a lot of soreness and he kept checking in with the pressure. The heat was a great touch too. Tou cannot make appointments online. Please fix this!!
