Excellent atmosphere in the hallway and rooms. Calming environment. Eagerness to accommodate my needs and preferences in terms of appointment time, birthday coupon, discounts, etc.

Friendly people. Have had good experiences with therapists. Always target weak areas as requested. Aslways asking about pressure, etc

I am so glad I found Joan at Hand and Stone. She is very knowledgeable massage therapist and knows the right amount of pressure to apply. She is also very accommodating. I suggested atarting face down first and she had no problem changing her routine a little bit.
