She put wax on my upper lip area it was not discussed. I do not do this.

Prefer 100% massage vs stretching techniques

I have visited this location several times and always experience a problem with the reception when leaving. They are rude uncaring about service and create issues every time. Very frustrating

The reception/front desk is always a problem at THIS allendale location. Every single time I have gone there, they have messed up the appointment details, charged hidden fees not explained ahead of time, and been rude and unaccommodating. They argue with you to no end, and do not make you feel like a welcome customer. Very unprofessional.

I am waiting for a call back concerning account reactivation and restoration of promo cards this lingering factor.

The therapist was great, it was an incredible massage that left me relaxed. However, upon leaving the receptionist hit me with half a dozen high pitch sales offers. She kept pressing me on them. I wasn’t interested in them and it caused me to lose my relaxed state!!

I was satisfied with the overall experience. I had two appointments back to back and had to wait in a separate room until second one was available.

I would have liked my deep tissue massage therapist to have stronger hands. I felt like the diamond glow procedure hurt a bit as it felt like it scraped against my skin as if it was cutting my skin at time. It was uncomfortable. Overall skin was fine but the experience was unpleasant for me.
