Erin was fantastic. I would never go back because of the font desk. I don't need to explain why I do not want a package or a membership. I know they are probably trained to be pushy. But for me its a major turnoff. Also really bizarre that I have to pay a 10$ transfer fee. Seems like money grab

The receptionist did not offer anything when I came in, not even water. They should be getting you water or tea. The linens on the massage table had pulls in them and felt old

I enjoyed my massage. It’s tough being able to avoid massages every month or 90 days. Also, the women at the reception desk was pressuring me to sign up for the monthly membership and even after I said no thank you, she continued to pressure me and I stated I really couldn’t afford it.

The form that you have to fill out each and every time is annoying. Once we already filled it once it should not be something we have to sign.

Increased membership cost and inability to pause account without canceling. Paying “extra” for a pre natal massage which was exactly the same as a regular massage with no extra added this was not communicated to me prior to services!

I do not like the amount of upselling you all do. While you are in getting your service and when you come out. I know what I book, and I know what you offer.

Therapist was awkward. Massage felt like I was being touched vs massaged. Barely felt improved.

The music can be too loud or just not calming. The massage therapists in the past had too long of nails. The prices of the products you sell are too expensive.
