I’m satisfied with the service received, which is a good thing.

The price has increased with no increase of value to me as the consumer. The ambiance of the waiting area could also be improved. I was not offered tea or anything by the front desk associates.

Using rewards doesn’t work, should not expire and needs to be tracked and communicated better. Discounts need to be more to compete with other places, gift certs should be more flexible to use.

Not sure value of using packages for upgrades Actual upgrades if paid for are often less than monthly package cost. Expensive service limited frills

Service was terrible. Used three of my packages. Complete waste

I was in pain for 2 days after . Not sure why. The massage was wonderful during massage .

I was recently contacted by one of your competitors and they were offering a family discount. No one has ever promoted that benefit to me

Monthly pricing has increased by nearly 50% since I became a member but the quality of service remained fairly consistent (not nearly 50% better) Along with the increase in costs, suggested tipping has also risen significantly. While I joined as a member the in Wayne NJ spa, I frequent the Allendale NJ spa. At the Allendale spa, when I have inquired about making changes to my membership, I am told since I didn’t sign up as a member in Allendale, that I have to contact the Wayne spa. When I contact the Wayne spa, they insist that come in to the spa to handle my inquiries vs handling things over the phone. Very inconvenient. Additionally, when I want to redeem points instead of using packages for payment, I am told that I have to announce my use of points in advance otherwise they cannot be used. I also used to like the convenience of being able to used multiple packages for a longer massage but I was suddenly told that since they are short staffed, I can’t do that on the weekends (when I usually schedule my services).

My massage was wonderful and my teraphist was great. However her nails were very long, not clean and peeling nail polish. Her nails dug into my skin and it hurt at times. You should check in the employees appearance. The place tough was very nice.

I can get same service at lower cost. I pay $85 a month - this increased by $10 in last 6 months. I would have not joined if knew. My friend uses Ridgewood day spa and it is $10 less
