I wish the massage therapist listened to my needs. I didn’t like that the massage therapist had long finger nails. It was cut 5 mins short.

I was a guest with my mom and was told upon check out that she cannot gift me more sessions. I don’t see the big deal and why they try to force a membership when I also purchased gift certificates. I just want to use my gift certificates. The cost of membership has gone way up so I don’t want to enroll right now. I just don’t appreciate the pushy-ness at the front desk.

After booking a massage online for the next day, I received a call notifying me that prices online were incorrect and that the massage would cost $15 more than what I had been told at booking. This felt deceiving to not honor the prices listed on website when I had just booked the night before.

I am very pleased with the massage therapist and aesthetician. The front staff is not particularly warm or friendly. And now the cost has risen dramatically.
