Hand and Stone

Love my message therapist but did not like being charged twice for the same service.

Only issue I have is the lack of a hand and stone mobile app.

The massage was great but didn't realize the CBD treatment would be additional cost. I like the additional services and products that were recommended - but the total price was a little much. Would just prefer not being oversold at every visit. And the receptionists weren't very friendly or organized.

Heat on bed was not turned on before massage Started

usually the reception desk is staffed with multiple people. Its confusing. upon greeting sometimes one or two of the staff will address me, not sure who is to check me in and whom I need to respond to. seems like al of them are eager but that's just too much and doesn't seem well coordinated. Not sure what the policy is. One person handles check in, and one check ots? Also, upon checking out no one asked if I was interested in scheduling another appointment which I traditionally do, but this time did not! too bad!

There was no emphasis on relaxation. Relaxation rooms are important. Had a massage parlor feel to the place vs. more luxury. The massage was nice. Therapist was wonderful. The facility, the equipment, linens, ambiance needs a facelift. And too much emphasis on sales - people go for a massage to relax- should get a scared place.

I was given an "extra" service that I didn't ask for on my previous visit buy paid for it. Was told I would have a credit. Went for massage yesterday and I had no credit available.
