My facial was excellent The check out process was an awful experience We have had problems in the past with checkout but this was the wordt

So this has never happened before and Iit will probably never happen again, but the client in the room next to me did not stop talking the entire time and I could hear they the walls. This made it difficult to relax If that were to happen again I would never come back.

The ambiance of the location. There is no quiet room or transition room. No tea or water offered by receptionists.

Receptionist was cold and almost rude when I did not choose to sign up for monthly membership.

Previous esthetician was phenomenal. Haven’t found the same moving fwd

I love my massage therapist Emma. I never had a problem booking there in the past. Maybe it’s because new people are adjusting, I understand. My husband had a booked 90 minute massage and when he got there he realized the massage therapist was only there for 1 hr and had to use one of my packages instead. There again no big deal it a quirk, we just never had them before. We are understanding people and I love my therapist and the people who use to work there. Changing of the guards and we will all adjust I am sure. But if I am taking a survey I have to be truthful, I don’t want anyone to get into trouble or lose their jobs but I would want a stead diet if quirks either. Your lounge area could use a freshening up/ the seating is pretty low, And yes I know it’s a owner policy I can’t use my packages for product. I wish it were a option however I can buy them there or elsewhere. I am presently happy being a member with Emma as my Massage therapist. ThAnk you.,

I did not enjoy the music played for both services. It was not relaxing at all

Everything was great! Heather my esthetician was wonderful and highly knowledgeable about the products!!

My mom was called in 5 minutes before me. Two other people arrived after me and were called in before me. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience.
