I think Alba is amazing! I think the staff is wonderful. While waiting for my appointment I sat in the waiting area with an unmasked client only to see that he was met by an unmasked therapist. You have an intimate waiting area and I think that during high transmission times enforcing masking for others (if not for themselves) should be mandatory in public areas. When they go into their private massage room they can feel free to take off their masks. You do have that note on your door.....

I would be more satisfied if the reception area helped you relax. No tea is offered. There is only a water cooler with small cups. For the price I would like a more spa experience.

I walked in 10 min before appt amd said hello to eevryone and no one replied back. the two receptionist were busy looking at photos on a phone.

I have been a client for years now and while talking with a friend who also is a member she pays $60/month Which has now prompted me to look at other spa and their rates I have been with ou thru Covid , never missed a payment and all I get is monthly increases

The fact that on weekends which my availability schedule you only allowed to book 60 min massage other than 90 min. The talking socially with customers while I was waiting to check out. Having to fill out intake every visit, if there’s no change in my health or concerns

Therapist was very nice but talked a lot. This is just my preference—I prefer not to talk.

The staff welcoming in seemed somewhat quiet, not their usually friendly demeanor. Perhaps the mask/no mask situation is an issue.

The therapist Alba was wonderful. The checkin process was very uncomfortable. The receptionist at the front was very rude and short having an argument with another employee. It didn’t feel comfortable and I noticed other clients feeling uncomfortable as well.

You pay for a massage to go and relax for 50 minutes to have someone barging in the middle of your massage then close the door and then knock and re-open it leaves your heart now racing because you are half naked and not expecting this to occur. When I shared this with the front desk it was minimized as if “oh well, what do you want us to do about this such is life” this was not verbalized it was simply non-verbally communicated. I was disheartened with their response because I have recommended several clients to this location. Maki was very polite, friendly but her style of massaging was very different than what I am used to. I came in tense and left the same.

The therapist talked a lot during the massage, to the point that it was very distracting
