I thought the massage was good. The folks at the front desk seemed preoccupied with other items that they were working on. The waiting area is kind of squishy, with not a lot of space, but there is nothing the team can do about that.

I have gotten a message elsewhere for a lower cost and received an equally, if not more, relaxing massage. That massage was also an hour long and consisted of a scalp and facial massage. I was expecting this when I visited Hand and Stone, as I know it to be a high quality establishment.

The therapist started my 6:00 pm appointment at 6:09 and finished at 6:54. She also kept asking me “I am going to run your feet now, is that ok?” If I wasn’t ok w a massage, I would not book it and don’t need time be asked for each area. Like she lacked confidence in what she was doing. Also, she spent like less than 1 minute on certain parts line it was super rushed because the salon was either overbooked, running late or not enough time between customers. None of which should be my paying customer issue. I will book other massages, but not w her. Sorry. Also, please stop sending the cryrofacial emails what seems time be every day. Too much email.

The people and the place are excellent my massage therapist was excellent. The feeling of the spa is just not my taste. It could use some updating. A more minamalist modern approach The massage room was very small. But really what i care most about is the people and cleanliness and that was more important than ambiance. But if i had liked the atmosphere more i would have been over the moon happy!! i understand it is in a strip mall and hard to have a more boutique feel to it. I will definitely be back. Denuta did an amazing job!!

The entire staff was lovely, warm, and very helpful. My only issues are: 1. The entire time spent there. Each service was easily less than the promised 50 minutes. 2. Cost of additional services. I enjoyed my facial, but it was pretty expensive.

Had a much needed 90 minute massage, as I left some places have the masseuse hand you a glass of water which is a nice touch and helpful to detox, but I also was asked to join the monthly membership. It was a good deal based on my needs and some gift cards I had but it took away from the relaxation to have to immediately turn my brain back on to run the numbers talk about the features benefits cancellation policy give a credit card number and sign a contract. I’ll be it it is a good deal for me right now and you can cancel without penalty but it certainly woke me up and brought me right back to reality the second I walked out. I’m sure it’s harder to sell that service before the massage even happens to a first time customer and it’s probably even harder once they walk out the door so I’m not sure if there’s any other way to do it but for me again despite it being a good deal certainly brought me right back to reality very quickly
