I had a Brazilian was. Wax was hot Pull was upwards caused more pain Receptionist at desk who took my cash payment was texting instead of engaging with me. Did not make eye contact. Did not thank me. Did not give me a receipt. I had to ask for a receipt. Did not thank me end of transaction or did not give me any goodbye. Very unprofessional

Very hard to get the services I want when I signed up was promised 2 hour massages now only one theropiest available. Never get called back asked for information on my account very unclear and confusing.

Reception always hands me a tablet asking 3 pages of questions. I have been a member for many years and check in should be fast, with one page. It is frustrating.

A couple of things: it would be nice to have a reception area that already contributes to the relaxation. Someplace quiet and dim where you can wait for your massage with a glass of water. I also wish I did not have to wear a mask during the massage. If I were getting a facial, obviously there couldn't be a mask, so requiring it for a massage seems unnecessary if the therapist doesn't mind. Finally, there was a loud fan running in the room. Joan asked if I minded, but since she clearly needed it, I didn't object. Does the room get too stuffy otherwise? That wouldn't be good either.

The spa is normally fairly quiet. This last time I could hear loud voices engaged in conversation that prevented me from fully relaxing. I believe it was the client and therapist in the next room, but could not be certain. This has not happened before and was not worth stopping my treatment. Simply something to keep in mind.

My husband and I both enjoy Diana’s technique and professionalism. It has taken us several attempts (almost giving up) to find a masseuse we are satisfied with.

I was on the bed waiting for my facial and the receptionist knocked on the door and told me to move into another room and that Melissa was no longer doing my facial. Apparently another customer was not happy with her facialist and the receptionist made me get up from the bed, leave the room and wait for the other facialist. The facialist was excellent and kept apologizing. It was not her fault at all. I thought the receptionist was completely unprofessional and never even apologized. In hindsight, I should NEVER have moved to accommodate another angry customer.
