The front desk is always so friendly and greeted me right away. Went over package options. The waiting area is always clean, neat, and relaxing. Didn't wait long for my therapist who was friendly and applied the perfect pressure. I liked it so much, I booked with her again. I'm actually a member at a competitor's brand, but enjoy my massages at H&S so much more!

I was looking for a way to enhance my health last year. I had been to a chiropractor who helped a lot but wanted to relieve my aches and tightness in my body. I had a massage and thought I would melt from the experience. I signed up for membership then.

Josh is the best! He does an excellent job at providing a relaxing environment and comfortable massage experience. He is knowledgeable at what he does. The front desk staff is also very helpful.

Lisa’s clinical understanding and background from her exercise science degree made for a superior massage. I could not have been more pleased. She was extremely accommodating, generous, kind and caring. She was so adept in her skill, I thought she had been practicing for 20+ years. Little did I know she was only a couple years in. Outstanding service provided from her.
