Cenia did an awesome job!! She made you feel very welcome. Her positivity was infectious. She ensured I had a fresh robe and slippers because I had an appointment for a massage directly afterward. My skin looks much better. I have not had a facial in years but I plan on having them regularly now with her. I highly recommend Cenia!!

The prices for services have really increased. It’s almost a surprise to see the charge on my credit card. I have no idea how to earn or use points. I think I tried to use them once but was told I couldn’t. Some education (via email or specific page on the member logged-in site) on this to members would be super helpful.

Everyone was ver friendly from the time I arrived till the time I left. The girl doing my facial was very knowledgeable and I feel she did a wonderful job very happy with the service

The front desk is always so friendly and greeted me right away. Went over package options. The waiting area is always clean, neat, and relaxing. Didn't wait long for my therapist who was friendly and applied the perfect pressure. I liked it so much, I booked with her again. I'm actually a member at a competitor's brand, but enjoy my massages at H&S so much more!

I was looking for a way to enhance my health last year. I had been to a chiropractor who helped a lot but wanted to relieve my aches and tightness in my body. I had a massage and thought I would melt from the experience. I signed up for membership then.

Josh is the best! He does an excellent job at providing a relaxing environment and comfortable massage experience. He is knowledgeable at what he does. The front desk staff is also very helpful.
