I have been a regular customer for years. The last two months have been not particularly welcoming or efficient or accommodating. Last month, the staff didn’t notify my message therapist that I was there. So I waited. This month I specifically asked, if they could notify my message therapist. The response was curt and abrupt. It was not one of the new receptionists. And it wasn’t the senior representative. Never experienced this in the past.

I was highly satisfied. Only issue was wait before appointment and unable to tell me how many packages I had left due to computer system

I was delayed checking in because 2 ladies where complaining, and 2 were checking out, so I waited outside. My therapist said I was a bit late, but I told her I waited outside because of 2+ people in the waiting room.

The facial was very basic. I was charged an extra $40 for blur light therapy that lasted 2 minutes. The most basic facial ever. Aesthetician was very nice person but no value in that upcharge

When pairing a glycolic peel with a facial - 1/2 the traditional facial steps go away. It's replaced with the glycolic peel which is a $40add on. I love the peel, but feel I'm using a monthly service at 1/2 the time and paying for the add on. Which all fits in the 1 hour service.

My face is completely broken out and bleeding from the facial. I had indicated the solution was burning my skin, but I was told that was normal. I have had facials prior and previously my pores were clear and face glowing when finished. I still have clogged pores and my entire jaw line has open sores and is bleeding. I am very unhappy with the facial results. The girl was pleasant, but not the facial result I am used to or one I would have wanted. My face looks aweful. The massage was very good and helpful.

It’s a fine service but not exemplary. I felt rushed on Saturday and there were a lot of ppl there in a narrow hallway with a quick turnover of each room. Really needs more time to clean or air out.
