I paid for CBD oil to be used during my session and I don’t think it was. The person massaging me never mentioned it. She just talked about the Himalayan stone that I also paid extra for.

A little more pressure especially to my neck and shoulder areas needed

I had a build up of services so I chose extra services. My facial extra was amazing but the “cost” of the foot scrub was ridiculous for what was received. The waiting room feels crowded with all the stuff in it, not particularly relaxing but my appointment began quickly so it wasn’t a huge issue.

My appointment was scheduled for 1pm and massage therapist was late and got me from waiting area at 108. Felt like I didnt receive full benefit especially since I had facial right afterwards

Massages are inconsistent. I do not always find them relaxing. Waiting area is crowded most of the time. It is hard to relax before your appointment.

I was definitely satisfied with my massage. The pressure was good and the massage focused on the right spots. It was a good massage--just not the best that I've ever had.

Overall, I had a pleasant experience. I was satisfied with my facial and massage. I fond the esthetician and massage therapist to be friendly and professional. I thought the reception area to be quite small and uncomfortable (not too many places to sit/too many pillows). I think clients should be asked if they prefer a male or female massage therapist. I was a little disappointed that my daughter was not offered an additional upgrade with her complimentary card. Since she was not, I felt that we should have rec'd something off the product we purchased at checkout.

I think the pressure could Have been stronger even thought I communicated that to the therapist

My regular therapist is out for a while. I was given someone else who did not address my neck & shoulder tension as I requested. Felt the same coming out as going in. Very disappointed.
