I was satisfied

The massage therapist was very nice, and did spend time on my problem areas. I wasn’t highly satisified because I felt I’ve had better massages there. This therapist did follow what I had said about my problem areas and the pressure. i just didn’t love her technique.

Sensitive to aromas. Eucalyptus on sheets beforehand. Music , although beautiful.a bit too loud. The main reason I will not return is that I paid $15 extra for a foot massage which was extremely brief. I have been to other places where hands and feet are included in a full body massage, since hands and feet are part of the body! I felt this was ridiculous because very little time was spent massaging my feet. That was a waste of $15 and I felt nickel and dimed. Also felt pressure from the receptionist and manager to join for the year. The Fountain does NOT charge extra to do hands and feet.

overall experience was great. I would have liked to try out basic facial but felt slightly pressured into purchasing add on, which I could have tried on my second visit

When booking a massage for my mom and me, receptionist mistakenly booked us for a couple’s massage. This delayed our appointment start time while we had to wait for separate rooms to be made for us. We booked the Himalayan salt stone massages and that apparently wasn’t what the receptionist marked down, which further delayed the start time. The super gentleman who checked us out were not very forthcoming with charges, how much were on the gift cards we used, and how much we had left on the gift cards. In fact, the gentleman actually gave me the gift cards back with no explanation of how much was left on them until I prompted him to check for me. He was just going to give them to me and let me walk away without knowing or without him calculating the balance. This is not our first problem here. In October, my mom and I both booked massages, but when we came, they only had one massage therapist available so I had to get a facial. We were promised free upgrades, but that did not happen.

I do not like feeling pressured to buy products. I am familiar with the products used and already use my own brand preference at home and am not interested in changing. Also do not like being pressured to add on additional services

I asked to use my points to upgrade to an 80 minute massage and I was told that would be fine. Yesterday I was told that the point system has changed and it was not explained to me very well. I was not charged the extra money which was nice, however the receptionist who helped me made it sound like she was doing me a favor when the error was not even my fault.

If I put highly satisfied it would mean it more than met my expectations. It did not - nothing wrong with that.
