I do not like being asked each time how I wish to pay gratuity. That is a gift and even though I of course would add I don’t like being pestered about it.

Receptionist could not find appt Had promo card for foot massage which was not given Upon leaving was told I owed for foot massage but reminded I had a promo and that it was not given. She said therapist probably did not notice the card. Also lost a $20 credit due to new point system

I mentioned I had knots in my neck. I asked her to spend a little more time on my neck. The amount of pressure is so strong that it is two days late and I am still sore and I had a horrible headache the day following my appointment.

The receptionist was extremely helpful (I may have accidentally hit dissatisfied in one of my prior responses). My massage technician was not my favorite but it didn’t ruin my time.

I'm frustrated by the app. It doesn't work to make appointments. I would set up appointments well in advance if it worked. It kicks me out (must have a bug) and doesn't seem to recognize what times are available. Lenscrafters has a great system for booking appointments.

Massage therapist did not apply comfortable pressure. Hands were rough. Seemed inexperienced.

Seems that the time was cut short. 3 of us had massages and it seemed it was less than a 50 minute massage for us.

Very good place to go

My facial was unsatisfying and when done it had felt like I never had one. My issues I mentioned were not fully addressed or taken care of and she did not handle taking out blackheads properly. Instead of using a tool she was using her hands and fingers

Donald is great--very friendly and attentive. I will not be continuing my membership after this month due to the cost. I also have decided to instead seek chiropractic treatment. Thanks for everything!
