They used to call each month to remind me to schedule but stopped some months ago. Now I have 9 services accrued....frustrating!

My massage was great and very attentive to my requests. The previous appointment went late by 20 minutes so I waited a while in the reception area with no reason for what was going on. It appeared they knew the previous appointment would go over time so I wish I had been contacted or advised that I would have a longer wait.

I am not happy about the increase on the member price of a 50 minute massage.

While usually I never have any complaints, my appointment started 20-25 minutes after the appointment time and my facial technician made it feel rather rushed (which is never the case with her) and I do not believe that I even had a full 50 minute facial. I was disappointed, but usually, it is such a wonderful experience!

I had some burns from my waxing. In the past smaller areas were done at a time. I think doing larger areas may have been the issue.

No eye masks are offered, the noise level can be quite high, the receptionists don't even try to speak quietly and are often very loud, the massage oil could smell nicer. With the increase in cost, the service doesn't compare to the same massage in a higher end place, with a quiet room and lovely, relaxing smells.

I would appreciate the opportunity to access a more user-friendly website. It would be helpful to see information on my account, for example how much I have in coupons and gift certificates, etc. that I could put toward another treatment, and to schedule appointments online as well. Also, my daughter had a December massage appointment and since then has been receiving all of my email and phone call/text notifications. I called a few days ago to get this cleared up but if I had a profile on the site that I could access and edit inaccuracies, the call to the franchise would not have been necessary. Thank you.

Too much pressure on my legs, not enough emphasis on areas (shoulders/back) designated as high tension. Also think it unfair that the 'extra' foot treatment service I selected to redeem my points was provided within the 50-minute massage vs. extending it -- could be the reason the massage therapist didn't have enough time to really focus on my problem areas.

It is beyond my budget, nice massage, often seem to have added fees so $50 became $55 then 59, it's a luxury at this moment
