The pillow as I was laying down for my massage cause a bit of pressure on my head, not the therapists problem I just feel it may have caused a little discomfort .

I specifically ask and was told that the facial included extraction, but it did not. Moreover, I indicated that if it did not include extraction that I preferred a second massage rather than a facial. Needless to say, I was disappointed.

Over the phone, they indicated the masseuse would be Josh without asking my preference for a woman vs a man. Thankfully, Jade did the massage.

Sometimes you can hear noise in the rooms - there is no quiet area. Eye masks would also be beneficial. Quality of massage therapists is inconsistent. JOSH is great, but if he isn't available my other two therapists left and everyone else are poor therapist that I am not satisfied with. They either breath too Lloyd, have no consistency or over all don't know what they are doing. With the higher prices now, if Josh leaves I may as well go to a spa.

I think you should provide mirrors in each room - ones where you can really see yourself before you exit the massage room. My room was a "double bed" room and it was cramped. The therapist should always greet you with a glass of water when you are finished dressing and mine did not at this appointment. I don't think that the scalp massage was worth the $15 extra.
