Elegant atmosphere, friendly staff and talented therapists. The automatic appointment reminders and the online scheduling portal are great tools as well.

My esthetician does a fantastic job. I’m a little frustrated over prepaid and points and am always unsure of how much I owe at the end of service.

My therapist listened well to what areas I wanted extra focus. I am also sensitive to too much pressure and he was careful not to use too much. It is too bad that a 90 minute hot stone treatment is less than 90 minutes as the time needed to clean the room afterward is included...so really about 15 minutes less than what I thought was paid for.
