Tracey is always so friendly and at the same time very professional. She understands my skin’s needs and makes recommendations accordingly. I always feel relaxed and rejuvenated during and after my facial.

I WAS IN THE FIRST ROOM ON THE RIGHT ON THE RIGHT SIDE OFF THE FRONT DESK. MY THERAPIST ASKED TO HAVE THEM TURN COOL AIR DOWN AND FOR A WHILE IT WAS OK BUT THEN CAME BACK ON. I'D GO BACK TO MY THERAPIST BUT DEFINITELY ASK FOR A DIFFERENT ROOM.
