I'm satisfied with the services because of the staff's friendliness. I like the services. The environment was nice and clean.

This was my first experience at this location. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I especially enjoyed the service, my esthetician went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and so relaxed. Best facial I’ve had in a long time. I will be returning just for her next month! Can’t wait to see how my skin improves.

I find I have to book Tomas at least two months out due to how popular he is. I had to skip one month because he was booked out.

Therapist was excellent. During my session there was some noise conversations in the hall between 2 estaticians. The conversations lasted over 10 minutes and was disruptive to the relaxation of my massage. I did let the front desk receptionist know

I recently moved from NJ -> AZ and wanted to reopen my membership. The receptionist, Emily, was responsive, kind and patient with all of my questions. Aiesha was fabulous from start to finsh with the facial. The experience made me feel I found a new home at the North Scottsdale location! Thank you!
