Reception staff is fabulous! Allways welcoming and helpful. My esthetician is knowledgeable and takes extra time and energy to show me how to use recommended products.

Kate the manager is so personable and Melissa who did my facial was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and explained everything she was doing.

it was easy to book and appointment and the staff was very nice and helpful. the masseuse was nice and good, too. i wouldn't go back to that location, though, as it is too far from where I live in Old Town. It was not told I could go to a different location other than the one on the gift card I used. I almost didn't use it as it is just not convenient. It was in writing that it had to be at this location and when I called, I understood that was the case, too. Everyone was great but again, it was really inconvenient.

Overall good experience. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly service and a clean spa.
