it was easy to book and appointment and the staff was very nice and helpful. the masseuse was nice and good, too. i wouldn't go back to that location, though, as it is too far from where I live in Old Town. It was not told I could go to a different location other than the one on the gift card I used. I almost didn't use it as it is just not convenient. It was in writing that it had to be at this location and when I called, I understood that was the case, too. Everyone was great but again, it was really inconvenient.

I was late to my appointment due to booking the wrong location on accident. My esthetician saw me anyway and never made me feel rushed for time, or guilty for my mistake. My skin looks amazing and I’m considering investing in monthly services with her.
