I believe that Hand and Stone is far better than Massage Envy of which I was a member for several years past. I believe that there is a need for massage therapists to work deep tissue free of up charges. I am a person who uses massages as preventative medicine for my body and appreciate a therapist working on specific body areas. There seems to be a "suggestive up sell" attitude and I feel for what is paid as a member we should receive the added benefit as members of zero up charges unless it is more costly products used in facials. Massage should be standard as relaxing, general and firm free of additional costs as members!
