I believe that Hand and Stone is far better than Massage Envy of which I was a member for several years past. I believe that there is a need for massage therapists to work deep tissue free of up charges. I am a person who uses massages as preventative medicine for my body and appreciate a therapist working on specific body areas. There seems to be a "suggestive up sell" attitude and I feel for what is paid as a member we should receive the added benefit as members of zero up charges unless it is more costly products used in facials. Massage should be standard as relaxing, general and firm free of additional costs as members!

Very impressed with the facility, the reception and the service. Austin gave a very good massage, was friendly and professional.

My aesthetician is very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. Very knowledgeable staff from the receptionist to the staff.

Massage therapist is great and I have been seeing her for now almost three years. receptionist and front office staff are very friendly and helpful. Manager Kate is great and knows how to treat customers.

This Hand and stone is exceptional I was an original member when it opened and sadly gave up my membership when I had spine surgery last year . I didn’t realize that I would once again be able to get on the table … wish I hadn’t canceled my membership because now I am paying $79 instead of my original &59 … actually I think it was $49 when I joined? this location is extremely progressional & well run …. a pleasure to be treated here. Gwen was awesome .

I always get a great massage from Chris. She knows where to put pressure, and how to find trouble areas.
