I originally received a Hand and Stone gift card from a friend. I decided to get a membership after my second visit because I was so pleased with the service and spa. Hand and Stone staff are professional and knowledgeable. Melissa is a fantastic esthetician, and I am very pleased with my monthly facials. The service is relaxing, thorough, and I see a difference in my skin. She knows my skin and makes great recommendations, with no pressure to purchase products.

Nicole was my second message therapist I tried and I’ve been with her ever since. She is great. Asks questions, works on my problem areas . She has made me feel comfortable.
