Nicole is an outstanding therapist!

It's an overall great experience. Where I was dissatisfied is there was an ODOR in the restroom. I experienced it right after my excellent massage. It was not the ambiance I would have preferred. There wasn't air freshener or anything to fix the ODOR. I addressed this with Kate, and the response didn't address the need. The commentary coming back to me, was only about reasons it couldn't be resolved vs. what could be done. I hope this helps. Feel free to reach me if you'd like more details or info.
