The entire experience was what I had expected and even more. This was my first facial at Hand and Stone and I rebooked another appointment immediately. My esthetician was knowledgeable, checked on how I was doing, not in an annoying way, but gentle and looking to meet my needs. The service was exceptional. She checked to see if I was comfortable, if the room, temperature of the chair, etc. She was definitely a very experienced esthetician.

My aesthetician was very caring to my concerns. She suggested product that would help exfoliate the skin. Her facial was amazing

The esthetician is knowledgeable, friendly, listens to you ad a client, and does an amazing job.

I've never been able to logon as a member after repeated attempts. I always have to book as a guest. I wish there was a help desk feature to resolve this problem. I'm busy and its difficult to plan ahead so I typically look for "day of "appointments. Since COVID, understandably, it seems last minute appointments are not available, and the next available openings are 1 1/2 to 2 weeks out. I recently called and left my name on a list for any cancellations... and one week later I received a call.

Tomas is experienced, knowledgeable and always very curious and professional. He is the best massage therapist and I only schedule appointments with him. Same applies to Tara for facials.
