Katie, the manager always helps me get the most value for my dollar. Being a member helps with value as well. Most therapists are exceptional.

It has been almost 2 years since my last facial at Hand and Stone. The receptionist was extremely helpful in answering my questions and offering information on the types of facials and upgrades that were available. I felt like I was talking with my best friend! The facial itself was incredible! The esthetician was awesome! She talked me through the entire session, explaining the different products she was using and why they were important for my skin type, the different tools she was using, and the different sensations I would be experiencing during the facial. All in all, I was highly satisfied with the entire experience - from booking the appointment, to the welcome I received from the receptionist, to the attention I received during the facial.

When I first called to book an apointment, I asked for a therapist who could address my needs. It was suggested that I see Erich. I am extremely thrilled with Erich's ability to address my issues in a massage session. I continue to see Erich even more than my once a month visit so we can work continually on my physical issues. I began a membership and am very happy with the service I receive at the Lone Mountain facility. Katie is extemely helpful and professional. She is an asset to this location. The only suggestion I can make is to consider a change up on the background music. Sometimes it has sounded a little too "new agey" with "wierd" noises in the music.

Nikki Lyn is the best! So sad she is leaving, looking forward to finding someone else with her amazing skills.

The office is pleasant as well as the receptionist. My therapist was efficient, quiet and she made my massage very relaxing. I told her my neck was stiff and she did a wonderful job concentrating on my neck.

Melissa is phenomenal and always knows what to recommend to meet my needs.

Kem feels like an old friend, making me feel comfortable and welcome every time I walk in for my appointment. It’s a happy place with good ambiance. The prices make it possible for me to continue my membership. If they go up I probably won’t be able to keep it.

Been a member at this location for 5 years. Tomas & Tabitha are the best. Wouldnt stay if they didnt have therapists that meet my needs.
