Katie is a wonderful receptionist, she remembers the clients and makes them feel welcomed, she has handled any issues and has made me feel like a value customer. I request TOMAS, who does a fabulous massage and have now booked my ongoing appointments. He is a jewel asset! I also enjoy the facials by Melissa, she does a wonderful job and I am lookin forward to having my facial with the new machine. I like that Hand & Stone has the latest technology available to it’s clients. I continued my membership though the COVID period because I wanted to help ensure that this establishment would continue to be available to me. Going to Hand & Stone is one of the small pleasures I enjoy and your staff makes it all the more enjoyable. Thank you.

Nicole tailored my hot stone massage to include getting out my problem knots in my shoulders.She asked questions to make sure I was comfortable with pressure, etc.

Tracey my aesthetician for the facial was exceptional! Explained everything along the way to what she was applying on my face. Had a wonderful relaxing shoulder, neck arm massage. Plus I added the foot treatment which was wonderful. Tracey soothed my feet with a wonderful massage. Went the extra mile!
