actually, while i am very satisfied, id like to offer a couple suggestions: the chairs in the reception area are ready to be replaced (cushions are quite worn), and the walls must be thin, as I often, during massage, hear voices and noises from next door. Also, my comment re having a hard time making an appt, is not actually a negative, it is because the therapist is SO good, its difficult to get an appt with that person.

I appreciated the no nonsense approach to fulfilling my needs. The staff and etichtitian are professional, knowledgeable and courteous and make me fill as a valued customer. They go beyond what others may call a reasonable effort to satisfy a customer's needs.

Tanesha always does a great job and sometimes different things. The only thing is I always ensure to at my appointment on time, but usually have to wait 10-15 minutes. Then, it takes me less than 5 minutes to undress, but again wait at least 10 more minutes. I wish times would tighten up instead of being wasted.
