Tomas is a great asset to this location. he spends the attention needed to make my visit relaxing and I feel relief after I leave as well.

Outstanding in all ways

Reception staff was great at check-in and check-out. Esthetician was great. Bathrooms look a lot cleaner now that they've taken all the rocks out of the sink. That was disgusting. Haven't been back since last year because of Covid. The new cleanliness measures are much appreciated.

My therapist was amazing. She used the correct pressure in exactly the right places. When i told her something was tender she made accommodations. The best massage i have ever received.

I've been using Hand & Stone for several years. Obviously I'm very satisfied. Thinking about why, the following things come to mine: 1) the therapists I use have been there longer than I have i.e. satisfied workers = satisfied customers; 2) the friendliness is sincere not pasted on; 3). the price is reasonable.
