Very easy to book online, no issues when arriving, everything was in order.

My only issue was I would have liked to have been informed about the price of my services before getting them done and checking out. I was very surprised when I checked out and it was double the amount I expected. Price should really be shared as the services are being offered. That’s my only negative take away from this visit. Kim was great and did a wonderful job. But you need to be more transparent regarding prices.

I was in room number 1 and could hear Katie specking with another worker and laughter and comments. “You should have seen me yesterday”. This was disruptive in the beginning. They quieted down after 15 minutes. They need to be aware of this

I have waited for my appointment in the past,so being seen right away was much better. The therapist remembered me from almost a year ago. She was very knowledgeable about massage therapy and very pleasant.
