Hand and Stone

I felt very comfortable going back to Hand and Stone after the covid shut down. They are doing a great job to keep their clients safe. I have always been treated respectfully and the staff is well qualified.

The staff at lone mountain spa is great. Always friendly, they run on time and always answer any/all questions.

The front desk staff is friendly and professional. Therapists are timely. Very skilled and professional massage tech.

During this COVID environment and reopening, I felt the spa & esthetian has attempted to reduce the risk of possible exposure. I felt comfortable & safe. Valerie was professional, efficient & knowledgeable to keep my skin on track for the summer months.

Valerie is very knowledgeable and friendly. I like that she recommends treatments based on my need. Look forward to my next visit.

I have had the same therapist for over a year. He is wonderful. Knows how to address all of my aches and pains. Massage is apart of my body maintenance and I have been very pleased with almost all of the therapists I have had at Hand & Stone. Eric has been the best. I can tell he is trained in sports injury muscle issues.

Outstanding therapist and clean facilities and close to home

The staff is friendly. The reception area is lovely. There are always flowers and a soothing waterfall.

Massage therapist was excellent at soliciting and then appropriately responding to feedback. She tailored the massage to the findings and feedback. Very satisfied!
