Very clean facility. The therapist was very pleasant and discussed the process. She asked what areas I wanted to be addressed and did exactly what I asked for.

My Aesthetician was excellent. Very pleasant and knowledgeable about products. She recommends treatments that are appropriate for my skin and tells me how many points I have to cover the additional service. One thing did occur at check out with front desk staff. I was asked if I wanted to use my points for the additional service and I said yes. However, after leaving I saw I was charged for the service and that my points weren't used. I called that afternoon and left a message. Staff called me back the next day, Sunday, but she told me the manager would have to fix the problem on Monday. Awaiting call today.

I have had a membership at Hand & Stone for over 5 years and go bi-weekly for a massage. I am very happy with the quality of the services, professionalism of the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. I will continue my membership because I look forward to enjoying my massages and facials at the Hand & Stone on Scottsdale Rd. & Lone Mountain.

Great therapist.

My massage was wonderful and the manager is lovely. It is very difficult to book a massage as it seems like there is very little availability. I wish they carried a more organic product , like Eminesence.

I felt the therapist knew me and what I liked. The staff are friendly. The heated table is a plus in helping me relax.

Location, available appointments, expertise of person.
