The receptionist on the phone when making my appointment was very nice. When I asked how I could upgrade my facial he referred me to the lady who would be doing my facial to explain what services I could add. Maybe that is the way it's done, I was unfamiliar with doing upgrades.

Therapist I always go to is very very good. He knows menow, and i usually review my needs in the beginning
