The massage I received significantly relieved severe pain I was having in my left shoulder. The therapist used just the right amount of pressure and checked in with me during the process to be sure it was right for me and I really appreciated that.

2 comments, I like the therapist, but when the massage is over, you should simply say that. Also, not sure why this therapist does not do it, but all others but warm wet towel under neck, and she just puts a dry towel.

This Hand and Stone location is beautiful, peaceful and spotless. I’ve been having regular massages for 3 years here and have never had a less than desirable experience. Front desk staff are friendly and professional. Kris, my massage therapist, is an expert.
