I didn’t want to have to make a decision under pressure for another five treatment so I just paid for the one treatment because I want to think about it

Scheduling was easy, I was taken back to my appointment about 5 mins late (I was 10 mins early) and then my facial ended 5 mins before the hour. That's fine if this is a 50 minute service, but if it's an hour service then please go the full time. However, payment was frustrating. My esthetician told me that my upgrade would be worth two packages which I agreed to, and then at the front desk they told me it was two packages plus $50, so I used another package to cover that. The "package use" needs to be more clear in regards to upgrades. It's frustrating feeling duped after having the service already rendered.

Sarah C is hands down the best massage therapist ever. Amazing, she is just amazing and each and every massage I get from her is perfect.

I believe the attention for the receptionist was short because there were so many people checking out and attempting to check in. I would love an option to book online.

Dori was very pleasant. And she ask me if I want specific things, instead of just doing it. Such as, do I want the table to be heated or not and what pressure I like. I asked her a question and she gave me her expertise on the matter.

Heck on and out is always very easy. Miranda is always very helpful in addressing any needs or problems. She always provides excellent massage therapy.

The massage was great and facilities clean.

I always am welcomed by people at Hand a Stone, they take the time to see what I want a then recommend what would they recommend. I know there are new options often for the facials an body sculpting. I feel relaxed an pampered here, so hope you know I’ve enjoyed the years I’ve been coming to Hand an Stone.
