The massage therapist is awesome and always helps me relax.

It was a very friendly staff, and well kept. The waiting room to the hall to the bathroom to the rooms themselves were very clean. The staff is why I will continue to go there.

Upon entering the facility I was great by a very welcoming member of the reception staff. The therapist asked if I had any specific areas that I would like to focus on and did a great job. This was my first visit to Hand & Stone and will not be my last.

My therapist Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs. She asked all throughout the visit if what she was doing was okay for me and gave me opportunity to say how much time to spend on other areas to ensure that she provided enough attention to my problem area. She also doesn’t sit down and use her elbows to dig into my back. She used proper technique to give me the much needed relief that I came for. I was pretty sad when my other regular therapist left but I think that I found her replacement.
