The staff at this Hand and Stone location are always fantastic. They're welcoming, take an interest, and seem genuinely concerned about the quality of service given. As for the massage therapists, I cannot say enough good things about each of them that I have tried. Miranda, Rosie, and Sarah are all fantastic, though with differences in their styles. I've found myself gravitating towards Sarah's style of massage lately because I've had some specific issues with my back, legs, and feet, and she's been excellent at understanding how to target those issues. She also provides some guidance on small changes I can make in my day-to-day life that help to alleviate the issues as well. She's also got a very professional manner that is still warm and welcoming. Overall I have been extremely pleased with my experiences at Hand and Stone, and I'm actually purchasing gift cards for my family members for Christmas gifts this year! I'd love to send them to this one, but alas, they'll have to try out locations in other states too.

Ashley was fabulous! She was knowledgeable about products and techniques. She made me feel great and glowing going into the weekend!

Each time I visit Bryan is great. He uses the perfect amount of pressure and does a fantastic job. I purchased gift cards for my parents and other family members since I highly recommend this location and Bryan!!

The massage therapist used really firm pressure, which I’ve found isn’t always a given with a deep tissue massage. The girls in the reception area were great too. Very friendly.

The service makes me feel better as well as look my best. I am always satisfied with my appointment at Hand and Stone. Both Emily and Carlie do great work and are very helpful in selecting the best products.

It was wonderful. Front desk was extremely helpful. Kat was a fantastic therapist. I will be back.
